Running the IDE Drive Diagnostics On Dell Systems

Solution 1) On the Blue Dell Logo Tap the F12 Key 2-3 Times.
2) On the Boot Device Menu Screen Select the Option That Says IDE Drive Diagnostics use the Arrow Keys to Select the Option then Press Enter

3) The Test Result will show Either PASS or FAIL.If the result shows as Fail there is something wrong with the Harddrive.
