A Simple Utility to change the Logon Screen on Windows 7 system.
The Application is quite simple to use You just need to : 
        Download the Attached Application
        Run the Application As Adminstrator
        Select A Image to Set as Your Logon Screen
        Then Click on Apply
        And then Click on Test to Test your Applied Logon Screen
