Security Center Cannot Be Turned On

To Fix This Issue follow the following Steps
1) Boot the System in Safe Mode
2) Once In Safe Mode Go to Start => Run ==>Type Services.msc

3)Find a Service Which Says "Security Center"

4) Double Click on Security Center Service and you will get the Properties for Security Center Properties.

And If It is Disabled Click on Automatic and Then Click on Start to start the Service.
